Guide: Mary A. Schumacher

A note from Mary:

I joined About in June 2000 and spent many happy months developing content and links for international job searching. I feel extremely fortunate for having met people from all around the world, helping them to realize their dreams of adventure or for a better life in a different corner of the earth than where they were from.

Although my relationship with About ended in September 2001, my site's content has emerged in a new home. You can see articles, reference materials and an extensive link library on www.careerframes.com. I'm pleased to report that this site has a broader scope, thanks to my spouse Michael Schumacher, who is my partner in this effort. CareerFrames will have an expanded U.S. job searching section, focusing on the best web resources available. It will also have a career planning section. Look for more information to be added in the weeks to come.

Michael was also an About Guide. His site, Germany for Visitors, was also cut, and will also emerge in a new and better format. Spotlight Germany will be live in December 2001. We look forward to visitors on both sites!
