I have spent the last twenty years authoring books for families and children; writing magazine stories, articles, and children’s activities; teaching a children’s writing course, and working with young students via various reading programs in elementary classrooms. It seemed only natural, then, to transfer my love for children’s books into a job with About as their Kidsbooks guide.

Kidsbooks provided fresh content – book reviews, author & illustrator interviews, publishing news, and tie-in activities that made reading fun as well as educational. Since the September 2001 layoff @About, though, I’ve moved the basic content of Kidsbooks to WonderKorner: The Question/Answer Place for Curious Kids, where I’ll continue to provide current book info for kids, parents, and teachers. Publishers are graciously supporting the move, and current book releases are still coming my way – so I hope you’ll appreciate the new look and location.

Some of you may already be familiar with WK, since it has been an active Homework Helper site since 1995. I’ll be expanding its content in the months ahead, and look forward to re-connecting with those of you who made my work at About so enjoyable!
