Guide: Boise Matthews

A note from Boise: I started out with The Mining Company in November 1997 with New Mexico for Visitors. In July 1999, I expanded my site to include Arizona, Nevada and Utah, and GoNewMexico became GoSouthwest.

GoSouthwest was cut from the About network in September 2001, when About began its tranformation to an e-commerce-based network. So I'm moving on to doing what I know best... playing on the Internet and calling it work.

I've created a new site to host much of my GoSouthwest content called Go-Southwest. Go-Southwest will concentrate more on the cultural aspects of the Southwest than on travel. It will include recipes, information on the unique cultures found in the Southwest, history and of course, the ever-popular clip art library.

While Go-Southwest will include some travel information, I'm going in with Michelle Peterson (former GoRockies) and several others to produce a new travel site to include the whole western US. So you'll find most of my travel pages on Go American West, live on November 1.

I wish to thank all of my loyal supporters over the years. Without you, I could never have done it!
